In addition to accepting the standard terms and procedures, I have read and

Dependant on the option chosen, this offer is for either, 3 nights accommodation
at the Pestana Viking or Pestana Alvor Park resorts in the Algarve, or, 7 nights  
 at the Pestana Promenade or Pestana Grand resorts on Madeira Island. In
 addition, one promotional gift of choice and a complimentary tour of, and
information on, the Pestana Vacation Club initiative is included. Flights and
insurance are not included as part of this offer.
To qualify for either offer option, you must be aged between 35 and 65 years old,
be a homeowner with a minimum income of EUR €25k, and be available to tour
on the second day (Algarve) or third day (Madeira) of your stay. You and your
spouse/life partner must attend the tour, which will last a minimum of two hours.
Existing Pestana Vacation Club members, staff, or members of their family do
not qualify for this offer.
Clients who subsequently decline to tour during their stay, will be liable to pay
the standard resort accommodation rate for their stay, and will not be eligible to
receive the promotional gift. This offer is subject to availability.
